- Additional requests beyond the maintenance scope may incur extra charges.
- Failure to renew a maintenance plan may result in security risks and website performance issues.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Website design and development services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Maintenance plans can be canceled anytime, but no refunds are issued for the current billing cycle.
- Hosting and domain services are subject to third-party provider policies and may not be refundable.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We strive to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites.
